Refund and Return Policy
We do not accept returns and refunds on our products. Once an order is placed you cannot cancel your order with us. We do not send out faulty or damaged products, however if you have received a damaged product you can file for an exchange, provided your request matches our exchange policies.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
Domestic Shipping (India)
All orders on stationery will take 1-5 weeks as the lead time for delivery after the payment is made, and the orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Clothing orders will take 40 days as the lead time for delivery from payment and cannot be cancelled once placed.
Any Made to order pieces such as lehengas, dresses, tops and bottoms will take a longer duration for being dispatched as mentioned in the product description.
Jewellery will take 6-8 weeks for dispatch from placing your order online.
International Shipping (Outside India)
All orders will take a lead time of 40-45 day period of delivery - this is for clothing, stationery and all products available on the store. No returns or refunds can be made on international shipping. Once a product is sold, it is sold for good. No cancellations can be made once an order is placed.
Any Made to order pieces such as lehengas, dresses, tops and bottoms will take a longer duration for being dispatched as mentioned in the product description.
Jewellery will take 6-8 weeks for dispatch from placing your order online.
General (International and Domestic)
All our products go through extensive quality checks and therefore we will not accept returns on falsely made claims. We do not ship out faulty products, but if you have received a faulty product or damaged product during shipping, you must send us images of it on our email at care@aishrthestore.com with the subject being "return or refund".
Stationery products are not applicable for returns, exchange or refund, after 1 day of receiving the product from the original delivery date as we take utmost care to ship them out with great quality and packaging conditions.
Jewellery is not applicable for returns, exchange or refund, after 1 day of receiving the product from the original delivery date of delivery as we take utmost care to ship them out with great quality and packaging conditions.
Clothing/ Art on Cloth is not applicable for returns, refunds or exchange if the colours are different as seen on screen, we make it a point to upload hi-quality images on the website since we use bio-degradable dyes and each batch/piece is made upon request of order there will be 10-20 percentage of colour variation which is completely natural and not a defect.
Clothing and home products (like decor and wallpaper) are not applicable for returns, exchange or refund, after 1 day of receiving the product from the original delivery date.
If we are not informed within 24 hours regarding a return, the merchandise is considered sold for good.
Products will not be exchanged if you simply dislike the product upon receiving it.
Sizing or product changes cannot be made once the order has been placed even if the other alternative product has similar costs and specifications.
Face Masks and Scrunchies are not eligible for returns/refunds.
Products bought on SALE are not eligible for returns/refunds. Sale products will have modifications from the original designs and will vary slightly from the original products - which is why they are on sale.
ITEMS PURCHASED DURING A 40%, 50%, OR 60% SALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS DUE TO THEIR DISCOUNTED PRICING. PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE PIECES WILL HAVE SLIGHT DEFECTS SUCH AS COLOR VARIATIONS, FAULTS, OR DESIGN DISCREPANCIES. TO FULFILL THESE ORDERS, OLDER NON-FULL-PRICE PIECES WILL BE USED. KINDLY CONSIDER THIS POLICY BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.
- Package refused by recipient.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
- Minor color and design variation.
- If the items are not damaged or faulty.
Please write us an email regarding your concern before you ship us the product back, we will not be held accountable for returns with no prior email.
You are responsible for sending us the product back and must incur full courier fee of sending it back to us. We will not be responsible for any lost shipping from your end.
International Shipping
International shipping is calculated at the checkout. This is not inclusive of custom taxes, customs fees, and other duties when goods are imported. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and we recommend contacting the local customs office or their website for further information on these charges.
These charges are determined at the point of entry of the package and must be paid before you can receive it. Any additional charges towards import, customs and taxes that may be levied by the custom authorities are responsibility of the customer.
AISHR has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be in actuals.
In case of returns on international orders (please read the return and refund policy)
If you originally paid any customs or duties, please note that these will not be refunded by us.
Custom fees/taxes/duties on any replacement/exchanges are to be borne by the customer again.
